How to setup Re.rockspace.local router

Re.rockspace.local is the setup page where you can setup your rock space extender via browser. Sometimes we have routers which don't support the WPS setup. In that case we recommend you connecting your extender to the power outlet and then connect your phone or laptop to the rockspace_ext in your WiFi list. Now as soon as you open a browser it will take you to the rockspace setup wizard. Or even you can type re.rockpscae.local in the url or address bar of your browser. On re.rockspace.local you will have to type username and password as "admin" and then start the setup process. In case you are not able to access the rock space extender login page then try changing the browser or else update your browser first. Also you can try to use altogether a different device for the setup process like another tablet or another cell phone. If the problem still persists then we recommend you resetting the extender. For that push the needle or paperclip inside the reset hole of the rockspace extender for around 10 seconds while the extender is still plugged in to the wall. While resetting you will see some changes in the lights of the extender.

  1. Hello,
I'm trying to add an additional "Rock Space AC 1200" extender. I already have one in a room and it's working just fine. I need to provide better signal for other areas of the house. Problem is, I can't can't make it connect to my network via WPS.
My starts with a ZTE Velocity 2 as the Access Point (AP).
Which provides the main signal to a "ASUS AC-88U" wireless router.
Everything is working well. Laptops, TV's, Cellphones etc.
just can't get this new "Rock Space AC 1200" to setup using WPS.
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
    Best regards,
    Frank
